AnewHealth is seeking a forward thinking Financial Analyst to aide in the financial modeling, analysis and growth of AnewHealth. The Financial Analyst will develop revenue/expense analysis, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and approach project based work with a proactive, high energy mindset. This individual will feel confident enough in their technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence. Additionally, the Financial Analyst must feel comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership/executive management.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future financial performance and support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance.
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide recommendations for strategic financial planning.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide comprehensive financial models and projections.
- Identify financial risks and recommend strategies for risk mitigation to safeguard the company's financial stability.
- Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to senior management, offering insights into financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices across the organization.
- Perform Ad-hoc analysis as needed

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics or related field
Experience
- 2 + years of financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Healthcare industry experience is required
- Experience presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools and strategies
- Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from numerical material
- Knowledge of and ability to use and develop unique processes, tools and techniques for exploring alternative financial scenarios and results
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the functions, automated tools and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization
- Ability to prepare financial statements, reports and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools
- Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence
Physicals/Mental Demands
This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel
Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
