Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional
School Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students to promote a positive and healthy school environment. This position works closely with students, families, and school staff to provide counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention, while helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies for student success.
- Work with families to offer resources, referrals, and support.
- Assist in crisis intervention and emergency situations.
- Advocate for students well-being and ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain confidential records and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) preferred, or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in a school or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
