Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional School Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students to promote a positive and healthy school environment. This position works closely with students, families, and school staff to provide counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention, while helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies for student success.
Work with families to offer resources, referrals, and support.
Assist in crisis intervention and emergency situations.
Advocate for students well-being and ensure a supportive learning environment.
Maintain confidential records and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) preferred, or eligibility for licensure.
Experience in a school or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of child development, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Interview Process
