We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful projects, engage in career growth, and tackle transformational challenges.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Project Manager, you will:
Primary Impact: Contribute to Omnicell’s mission by ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving project success.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Omnicell’s solutions, serving as the primary business contact for customers. Success is measured by timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Manage project timeline, scope, resources, and revenue forecasting according to the workplan and contractual commitments. This supports business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Perform active maintenance and administration of workplan within PSA tooling, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of project status.
- Proactively manage project risks/issues and facilitate challenging conversations with customers and leadership, driving value for customers and improving internal processes.
- Report on key financial metrics and deliver measurable performance outcomes
- Delivery of customer risk reviews to internal leadership
- Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of Omnicell's products to drive project management delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, with a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Define, socialize, and support project success criteria/goals

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, including a minimum of two years’ project management and/or healthcare information technology consulting.
- Proven experience with the full life cycle of project management implementation.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- One year of experience working within healthcare information technology, professional services, or a customer-facing role.
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Additional technical expertise or certifications.
