Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- HRIS Data Administration
- Recruiting Administrative Support
- Employee On-Boarding & New Hire Orientation
- Responding to Employee Inquiries
- Basic Reporting
- HR Communications
- Work on special assignments as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time sensitive tasks within a fast paced environment
- Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
- Solid presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related programs
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail required
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR
- Proficiency with HR systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (strong Excel and Power Point skills preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Travel Requirements
- Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
- Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
