The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the Human Resources department.

HRIS Data Administration
Recruiting Administrative Support
Employee On-Boarding & New Hire Orientation
Responding to Employee Inquiries
Basic Reporting
HR Communications
Work on special assignments as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time sensitive tasks within a fast paced environment
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
Solid presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related programs
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail required
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR
Proficiency with HR systems
Proficiency with Microsoft office (strong Excel and Power Point skills preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
