Paladin Data Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional software initiatives, enabling our engineering and product teams to build and deliver high-quality solutions with focus, clarity, and velocity. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, drives momentum, and ensures transparency from stand-ups to status reports. You’ll coordinate team efforts, manage risk, and serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines focusing on the critical path to MVP.
Identify and mitigate risks to the critical path and timely deployment, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Identify cross-team dependencies and remove blockers across development, communications, and operations.
Facilitate daily team stand-ups, status reporting, and high-priority project communications.
Coordinate communication and resolution efforts during production incidents.
Rapidly organize communication and resolution efforts during production incidents.
Chase down cross-team dependencies and remove blockers across product, engineering, and operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps.
Write clear, actionable proposals that outline risks, gaps, and solutions—soliciting feedback to align teams.
Partner with technical leads to track delivery timelines and progress.
Regularly report on program health to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan and manage multiple, complex software initiatives across departments.
Understand root causes of issues and work across teams to implement timely, sustainable solutions.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic alignment.
Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure program objectives are met in a timely, efficient way.
Advocate for the program’s goals across the organization by building strong relationships with all involved teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Master's of Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in a software program/project management role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
Proven success managing large, cross-functional software programs from concept to delivery.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master or Product Owner experience is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Technically fluent—able to speak confidently with engineers, understand systems at a high level, and grasp technical tradeoffs.
Experienced in risk mitigation, and executive communication.
Proactive, decisive, and metrics-minded; you track progress, identify trends, and drive clarity.
