Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a nurse to join our team near Lisle. This is a full-time contracted position for the duration of the 2024-2025 school year.As a nurse in this role, you will provide individualized medical care and support to a specific student, ensuring their safety and well-being in various settings throughout the school day.
Requirements
- Work 1:1 with an elementary school student who is wheelchair-bound with oxygen.
- State licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience working with children and adolescents, including related experience with oxygen monitoring
- One year experience in pediatrics and/or with individuals with specialneeds.
- Trach and suctioning skills.
- G-tube tubes/J-tubes/NG tubes.
- Seizures and emergency seizure medications.
