Job Title: Key Account Manager - Diagnostics
Reports to: ZSM
Domain – Acute Care, Critical Care, Anti-Infectives, Clinical sales & hospital sales
Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) - Diagnostics is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the diagnostic industry. This role involves developing strategic plans to meet client needs, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The KAM will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the diagnostics sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and resources with client needs.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with technical support and service teams to address any product or service-related concerns.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends to management.
- Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize account management practices.
Qualifications/ Experience
- Selling Specialized Diagnostic / Lab service test to various hospitals & Lab
- Minimum of 5yrs of exp in Lab Diagnostic Service
- Any Science Graduate
- They will sell to Microbiologist and Specialist Test Clinician.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with diagnostic products and technologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
