The ideal candidate will be sales-driven and comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding metrics and goals. This is an on-site position based in Oldsmar, Florida.

What we do: We contract with hospitals across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs, and we directly work to recruit healthcare professionals for interim contract assignments.
What you will do:
- Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidates
- Generate and maintain relationships with new clients
- Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract services
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting process
- Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process

- This is an on-site position. You must come into the office daily.
