The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of advanced design solutions that augment PCCA’s marketing strategies.
What You Will Do
- Execute creative tasks from start to finish; conceptualize, design, and produce art for a wide range of media including print, web, documents/brochures, multi-page layout, illustration, graphic treatments, displays, signage, etc.
- Participate as a core functional partner within the Creative and Marketing team to develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Serve as project lead for assigned marketing campaigns, projects, and account-based needs, including stakeholder engagement, defining scope, project development/execution, and evaluation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and desires and help execute the vision.
- Brainstorm with copywriters, marketing account managers, and other creative team members to develop concepts and design solutions.
- Internally manage and maintain PCCA’s brand guidelines.
- Lead execution of major design projects.
- Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Ensure consistency of design concepts across multiple platforms/communication channels.
- Work with independent contractors and printers as required to execute design projects.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience as a graphic designer in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of using digital design capabilities with reasonable drawing skills.
- Experience leading large-scale design projects.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Advanced to expert level computer skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
