The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of advanced design solutions that augment PCCA’s marketing strategies.
What You Will Do
Execute creative tasks from start to finish; conceptualize, design, and produce art for a wide range of media including print, web, documents/brochures, multi-page layout, illustration, graphic treatments, displays, signage, etc.
Participate as a core functional partner within the Creative and Marketing team to develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Serve as project lead for assigned marketing campaigns, projects, and account-based needs, including stakeholder engagement, defining scope, project development/execution, and evaluation.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and desires and help execute the vision.
Brainstorm with copywriters, marketing account managers, and other creative team members to develop concepts and design solutions.
Internally manage and maintain PCCA’s brand guidelines.
Lead execution of major design projects.
Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Ensure consistency of design concepts across multiple platforms/communication channels.
Work with independent contractors and printers as required to execute design projects.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
10+ years’ experience as a graphic designer in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of using digital design capabilities with reasonable drawing skills.
Experience leading large-scale design projects.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Advanced to expert level computer skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
