We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Marketing Automation Specialist at our headquarters in Santa Maria, CA. The Marketing Automation Specialist I is responsible for the technical and procedural infrastructure that supports all of marketing including tools and technology, process, measurement and governance.
This position will be responsible for HubSpot administration and crafting a roadmap to implement strategic changes and improvements in the platform – from data hygiene to forms, from new automations to lead scoring, and from external integrations to email nurture programs.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leverages marketing automation and sales/marketing technology to help the team achieve smart customer engagements.
- Designs, builds, and maintains all Marketing Automation infrastructures.
- Designs, implements, and monitors automated campaigns across email and the web, and advises team members on how to optimize further.
- Creates engagement studio programs within Salesforce and leverages Pardot/MCAE functionality to create more personalized and targeted campaigns based on defined business requirements.
- Manages prospect database, including maintaining data hygiene and assessment of data quality, prospect segmentation, list management, and permission-based marketing compliance.
- Maintains Pardot/MCAE’s integration with SalesforceDotCom (SFDC), including field and prospect sync in consultation with the SFDC administrator.
- Builds and maintains integrations in Pardot/MCAE with third-party systems in collaboration with the Customer Experience Team, e.g. Magento, SurveyMonkey, Zapier, etc.
- Creates and maintains documentation, including SOP’s and best practice recommendations.
- Trains and onboards new users in Pardot/MCAE and provides ongoing technical support.
- Supports lead conversion efforts by recommending and implementing Marketing Automation strategies
- Performs other Marketing Automation duties as assigned.
- Collaborates with Digital Marketing Lead on Google and LinkedIn ads, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Computer, software literacy, and Marketing Automation experience required. Marketing experience preferred. Must have knowledge of current best practices of modern marketing operations.
