We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative (Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm). The Customer Service Representative provides customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information; responds to general inquiries from customers; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information; manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks; takes on any additional functions related to customer service; adheres to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job, but especially toward customers. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel as well as previous customer service experience strongly preferred. 10-key is helpful. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
