Product Manager to join our team for this hybrid role out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Product Manager role on our cloud platform team is a unique opportunity to help define the future of Imprivata's cloud strategy. This role will partner across engineering, product management, and business contributors to ensure delivery of a robust, scalable cloud platform. This role will ensure the cloud platform aids in growing a set of products and features across the company.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define and execute cloud capabilities that deliver exceptional customer experience for Imprivata's cloud products.
- Participate in the creation and execution of the technical cloud platform roadmap, delivering features that meet internal needs, market needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, IT, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence, to understand and integrate their requirements into the cloud platform strategy.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure robust and efficient deployment, automation, and monitoring of services.
- Analyze data to recommend improvements to the cloud platform, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Document product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Coordinate with product managers from other product lines to ensure a cohesive user experience across the platform.
- Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively manage dependencies across teams.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, focused on technical cloud solutions and SaaS delivery models.
- Proven experience in developing and managing cloud-based services at scale, with a solid focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management.
- Proven problem-solving and data-analytic skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical contributors.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
- Familiarity with SAML and/or OIDC-based authentication, identity verification, and identity stores.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API design.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
This position offers a salary range of $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
