Job Description
The Production Intern will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing while supporting process improvement projects and operational efficiency initiatives. This role offers exposure to production workflows, project management, and lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing improvement projects and time-motion studies to enhance production efficiency.
- Learn and support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Gain exposure to project management by assisting in planning, tracking, and executing production-related projects.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for workflow enhancements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10–12-week duration of the internship.
