Ecolab is looking for a Performance Coach with previous in-restaurant experience (e.g., GM, DM, Ops, etc.) to help enable the successful deployment and adoption of our latest technological innovation. What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and use its data to create actionable insights and improvement roadmaps for customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts during an initial onboarding phase & in steady state, helping users activate insights from our product
- Execute a 6-8 week user onboarding plan with our customers to drive adoption and understanding of core use cases, etc.
- Operate a Train-the-Trainer style model to empower customer teams to cascade knowledge of our tool throughout their units
- Monitor user feedback and identify adoption barriers, creating iterative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop customer-specific performance metrics and provide periodic reviews to measure success against agreed KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to resolve technical or operational issues
- Build trusted partnerships with customers to position Ecolab as a critical enabler of operational excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and 6 years’ experience or 10 years of working experience
- 3 years of experience in QSR management (e.g., General Manager, District Manager, etc.) with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, particularly back-of-house workflows
- Willing to travel up 50%
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and basic analytics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
