How you will make an impact:
The Finance Director for Americas Commercial will lead all aspects of Finance for the Commercial Organisation, responsibility for >$600 million of bookings/revenue for CMD. This position reports to the Senior Director Commercial Finance and responsible to provide excellent business partnership to the VP Commercial for Americas and their leadership team, to develop and implement strategies that drives profitable growth for the division. CMD operates in a highly matrix environment, and to be successful, the finance leader must work closely with the Business Unit leadership, Divisional Finance team and other functional areas. What you will do:
- Act as trusted business partner to the Americas VP Commercial and build an environment to both challenge and support commercial leaders with sound financial mentorship and strategic insights
- Provided outstanding financial support and strategic partnership to commercial team effectively partner and collaborate & align with all other functions.
- Elevate the team’s regional commercial partnership including engaging in deal modelling and commercial customer facing activities to enable achievement across objectives. Partner with other key functions on unique financing models and effective pricing and promotion usage.
- Provide role-model leadership to a diverse and distributed team of professionals ranging from analyst to managers.
- Lead critical initiatives across multiple functions to improve commercial profitability and achieve /outperform our annual targets.
- Lead on all commercial finance elements of division’s forecasting processes in the region, including the planning requirements, annual operating plan development, and business reviews.
- Leading on change needed to best support the commercial organization
How you will get here:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field. CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
Experience
10+ years of relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Significant experience leading commercial FP&A teams with strong financial acuity
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex topics, navigates ambiguity, and influences through recommendations
Ability to articulate and demonstrate knowledge of key profit drivers for the business; understand market forces and their impact on future business prospects
Strong influencing skills and experience within a matrixed working environment..
Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $145,000.00–$194,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
