Job Description
The Specialty CA&O team at Amneal Pharmaceuticals is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support data-driven decision-making in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in business intelligence, performance tracking, and marketing analytics, providing valuable exposure to real-world applications of data science and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth, including analyzing prescription data, regional sales, and customer demographics.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track department goals.
- Collect and analyze data related to marketing strategies and sales campaigns to drive informed decision-making.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports and insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support various stakeholders within the Specialty organization.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
