Description
Position Summary
This role involves developing and maintaining marketing materials across various mediums, assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, brainstorming new opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
In addition, this role involves coordinating and overseeing various marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Essential Functions and Duties

Maintain consistency of brand across all marketing materials meeting the requirements of the brand guidelines.

Develop, update, and maintain high-quality marketing materials for all mediums, including company overview presentations and training materials.

Create high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print.

Write and edit compelling marketing copy for a variety of platforms.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.

Support the development of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

Present marketing options and strategies to internal teams and external partners.

Lead and collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing initiatives.

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

Work on campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and drive results.

Brainstorm and identify new marketing opportunities to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Help design compelling stories for social media and digital platforms.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in marketing, focusing on graphic design, written communication, and project management.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in presenting marketing options and strategies to various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow and meet healthcare compliance.

Certification
PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Adobe Creative Suite Certified preferred.
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include normal office setting/warehouse.

Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
