Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in marketing, focusing on graphic design, written communication, and project management.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in presenting marketing options and strategies to various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow and meet healthcare compliance.

Certification
PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Adobe Creative Suite Certified preferred.
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include normal office setting/warehouse.
Mental Demands
Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
