Position Overview
This fully onsite role supports documentation activities for a diagnostic product line (no laboratory work required). The candidate will work with various systems and software to update documentation, ensuring compliance with defined changes. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, executing document updates, and interpreting operating procedures to meet specific system requirements. The role requires independent task management while adhering to project timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (other qualified degrees may be considered).
- Experience: No minimum required, but industry experience is a plus.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Document Control Experience – Understanding of formalized document change processes.
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and formatting tools.
- Project Management – Ability to manage multiple products, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Critical Thinking – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication Skills – Ability to convey issues and updates professionally with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in documentation updates within an industry setting.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is a plus.
- Experience with reagent manufacturing, process improvement, and test method validations.
Responsibilities
- Support reagent manufacturing processes.
- Conduct investigations on nonconformances and customer complaints.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation best practices.
