We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with others to improve product quality.

The salary ranges from $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. Starting salary will be dependent on experience level.
This is an on-site position with no relocation allowance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred, or related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Understanding of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, ISO 13485 and/or 9001).
- Knowledge of statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Duties:
- Will be responsible for application of quality principles and complex analysis of quality records, reports to form recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality plans, and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
