Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN
Duration: 4 Months
Brief synopsis
- This role is backfilling a current engineer to free them up to complete a high priority project, so they will be taking on their current workload.
- This includes providing floor support for our Finished Good production area that includes cleaning, sewing, inspection, and packaging processes.
- This area is relatively stable but does require equipment troubleshooting at times and root cause problem solving for yield and quality issues.
- Additionally, there are a number of test method validation remediations and a software validation project that this worker will be asked to keep moving.
Skills/requirements
- Floor support / equipment troubleshooting
- Root cause problem solving
- Process validation – Installation Qualification, Test Method Validation, Software Validation
- Technical writing / data analysis
- Team based work / collaboration
- Experience supporting a production line before and knows how dynamic a manufacturing engineering role can be.
- Must be able to get up to speed quickly and start contributing right away, especially with this being a relatively short assignment.
- Process validation experience is preferred and will set this person up for success in the role.
- Good communication skills and can work well in teams.
