Job Summary:
The role of
Creative Project Manager is to lead and manage the execution of creative projects from conception through to completion. This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Candidate will be highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and have a passion for creative problem-solving. They will work closely with designers, and marketing teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that creative visions are translated into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define and allocate tasks for creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers.
- Manage project workflows and ensure all milestones are met according to schedule.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal creative teams and clients or external partners.
- Ensure clear communication of project expectations and updates to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
- Creative Guidance & Quality Control:
- Collaborate with creative directors and teams to ensure projects meet branding guidelines and client expectations.
- Review creative work to ensure alignment with project goals and overall creative direction.
- Provide constructive feedback and guide the team towards delivering high-quality work.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks or issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Resolve conflicts or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Post-Project Analysis:
- Conduct post-project reviews, assessing successes and areas for improvement.
- Report on project performance, delivering insights on process improvements for future projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 - $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
