Job Summary:
AirClean Systems’ Inside Sales Specialists engage and consult clients that are looking for products to improve workflow or prevent occupational exposure to known hazards. Current and potential customers actively engage our inside technical sales staff from healthcare, pharmaceutical, colleges and university, law enforcement and other industries to help them improve the quality of their environment by providing occupational exposure protection. As a member of AirClean Systems inside sales team you will learn and grow daily through customer interaction and from your colleagues as the company continues to provide superior laboratory safety equipment to clients worldwide. Job Duties
- Contact, qualify and close new sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of AirClean Systems’ products.
- Consult prospective and existing customers on our products.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers within the companies CRM.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through active engagement and follow up.
- Work closely with other sales representatives, customer service and management to facilitate world-class customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required). AirClean Systems will train the right candidate. Training period is fully compensated.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Prior experience with a CRM (HubSpot) is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong phone presence with excellent listening and presentation skills.
