Sales Assistant – Marketing Liaison
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to serve as the critical link between our Marketing and Sales teams. This role ensures a seamless flow of information and leads, supporting sales efforts through accurate data management, candidate preparation, and effective communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly collaborative, and has a strong ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management:
- Upload candidate applications into the ATS system (Bullhorn).
- Manually enter campaign responses into the ATS to maintain accurate lead records.
- Review resumes and applications within the ATS, updating statuses and candidate skills to prepare them for the Sales team.
Lead Processing:
- Export marketing leads from social media platforms and import them into the ATS system.
- Monitor marketing inboxes for messages and new leads, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate team members.
Data Entry & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all candidate and lead data is accurately entered and maintained in the ATS system.
- Regularly audit and update records to maintain data integrity and usability for sales initiatives.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring lead information is clearly communicated and actionable.
- Provide timely updates on lead and candidate processing to ensure alignment with sales priorities.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (experience with Bullhorn is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and lead management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or data entry is preferred.
