Loopback Analytics is seeking a Health Systems Sales Representative to expand our health system sales pipeline by identifying and engaging new opportunities. In this role, you will drive Loopback’s revenue growth by adding qualified prospects to the pipeline through targeted outreach strategies. Job Duties to Include
- Client Prospecting
- Engage prospective health system clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and social platforms like LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Track all outreach activities using Loopback’s Salesforce CRM for seamless pipeline management.
- Sales Presentations
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase Loopback’s value proposition in supporting health system specialty pharmacy programs.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, revenue opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Establish clear next steps for qualified prospects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Advancement
- Build access to key decision-makers within health systems, securing leadership participation in discussions to drive buy-in.
- Guide prospects through the business, legal, and IT approval processes with the support of sales leadership.
- Market Research
- Conduct targeted outreach to health systems—whether they currently have specialty pharmacy programs or not—to refine Loopback’s market strategy.
- Document research insights and client interactions in Salesforce CRM to maintain an up-to-date and actionable target market profile.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields, preferably in a technology or healthcare environment.
- Proven expertise using a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Personal Characteristics:
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Loopback’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn the intricacies of the health systems industry.
Travel expectation less than 20%, This is a salaried position offering commission potential, comprehensive benefit package including dental, medical, vision, 401K, company funded long-term, short-term disability, life insurance, company paid holidays, generous PTO, and more.
