Job Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning:
- Maintain all positions as per LE in SuccessFactors
- Ensure job information for all positions are updated on real time basis (organization chart, Levels, Grades etc.)
- Recruitment:
- Custodian for JD’s of all the position of plant & tracker in excel file accordingly
- Conduct preliminary round of interviewing and ensure hiring within TAT & Budget
- Negotiation of compensation packages
- Pre-joining health check-up & antecedents verification
- Preparing and issuing offer letter and appointment letter
- Development of multiple MIS related to recruitment, daily updation and sharing with concern on set frequency
- Providing multiple data of recruitment for monthly performance review of department
- Promotion of referral scheme & development of multiple hiring source for effective & cost comparative hiring.
- Induction & Onboarding:
- Implementation of induction schedule
- Red carpet onboarding of new hires including joining formalities & organizing induction training.
- Personnel files management (Hard and Soft copies):
- Employee Letters:
- Issue any employee letter.
- Confirmation:
- Employee’s probation confirmation process well in time
- Ensure Goal Settings within 30 days of joining.
- Time & Attendance:
- Verification of Monthly Attendance & OT inputs received from Time Office & share with HO by 20th Day of the month
- Leave Management.
- HR Analytics:
- Compiling various HR Process MIS & HR Dashboard
- Preparing of multiple MIS / PPTs, Analyzing and Evaluating multiple data and reports of the department.
- HRIS:
- Responsible for up keeping employee’s data updated in HR Application (BBC & SF)
- Effective management of employee data in the HRIS (BBC) of the Plant.
- Training:
- To ensure departmental training
- Performance Management & PIP:
- Responsible for Effective implementation of PMS Process by close coordination with HODs
- Responsible for merit cycle pre & post activities such as half yearly review, annual reviews, printing & distribution of increment letters etc.
- Responsible for organizing & facilitating the post increment normalization meetings wherever required.
- Talent Management:
- Responsible for preparation & monthly review of Skill Matrix in coordination with Section In-charges.
- Job Change Management:
- Responsible for updation of promotion, transfer or any other job information in SF
- Issuance of letter pertaining to any job changes.
- Intern Management - Documentation, stipend processing, attendance:
- Employee communication:
- Responsible for Employee Communications (New Hire Org Announcement, Anniversaries, New Born, Welcome Back, WhatsApp groups, Job role changes, promotions, exits, etc.)
- Employee Survey:
- Responsible for Organizing Employee’s satisfaction survey i.e. Avatar, GPTW, Dream Company etc., analysis of the survey results, identify & implement the action plans to bring improvement in engagement scores.
- R & R:
- Responsible for execution of Reward & Recognition Program (Nominations, Announcements, Issuance of Certificates/ Gifts).
- Discipline & Grievance handling:
- Redressal of Employee’s Grievances as per procedure and prescribed timeline.
- Prepare timely Disciplinary MIS
- Assist with employee relations issues, such as employee disputes, terminations, harassment, administering disciplinary action, advice supervisors and management on other personnel and policy matters.
- Contract worker management:
- Verification of bills & compliances of Contract labour vendors and timely submit to accounts dept for the payment.
- Contractual manpower categorization in white & green category.
- Exit Management:
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews, doing required analysis & attrition management.
- Responsible for exit formalities of left employees well in time i.e. - No Dues of Employees, Full & Final settlement, Reliving Letters etc.
- Statuary Compliance:
- Responsible for timely submission of compliances related to various Labour Laws, Factories & Boiler Act, Pollution Dept etc and liaison with concerned authorities.
- Responsible for timely and errorless payment of Gratuity, Statuary Bonus etc.
- Responsible for various Audits related to Plant & Shops and establishment compliances.
- Timely ensure compliance under contract labour management
- Compliances under POSH Act & spreading awareness by organizing regular sessions.
- Responsible for timely & accurately updation of compliance portal.
- Strict adherence and implementation of respective SOP’s and policies related to above assignment.
- Managing various committees like Works Committee, ICC POSH and SHE Committee.
Qualification & Experience: MBA/ MSW with minimum 3 years of experience
