Warehouse Associate I - III (3rd shift)
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for executing general warehouse responsibilities. Moreover, the role is responsible for promoting our mission of improving patient outcomes with high quality outsourced pharmaceuticals.

Essential Functions: Level One
- Responsible for general warehouse duties in at least 2 of the following areas:
- Receipt of incoming consumable materials, Controlled Substances, and Chemicals. Adheres to regulatory compliance.
- Picking, kitting, and sanitization of materials utilized in cleanroom manufacturing. Adheres to guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of Materials supplied to manufacturing.
- Picking and shipping customer orders, accurately meeting customer orders and expectations of quality and regulatory compliance.
- Performs warehouse safety walks. Exhibits safe behaviour in accordance with the safety procedures.
- Performs tasks using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT). Capable of gaining certification on a stand-up/sit down forklift, reach truck and a cherry picker. Inspects assigned PIT for safety issues.
- Executes accurate inventory movements at all times with the use of a scanner.
- Voices and supports ideas to continuously improve warehouse operations.
- Maintain condition of all warehouse technology, equipment, and facilities.
- Performs cycle counts on raw, WIP and finished good materials.
- Carries out warehouse cleaning duties as assigned. Maintains floor cleanliness and escalates product spills when required.
- Transports materials between Leiters’ warehouse network as required.
- Processes rejected materials and records information as needed.
- Works in other functions within the department, as needed.
- Provides support to production and other functions as needed.
- Displays basic competencies in ERP functions, associated shipping software, and Excel.

- Displays moderate competencies in ERP functions, associated shipping software, and Excel.
- When applicable, serves as backup to the Lead.
- Acts as Warehouse subject matter expert and a resource to other Warehouse Associates.
- Assists in training of peers and junior associates.
- Participates in warehouse process improvements.
- Works in a collaborative manner to troubleshoot technologies/tools used in warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Levels One - Three
Experience & Necessary Skills: Levels One - Three
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Understanding of ERP systems/Scanners is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with controlled environment equipment and area(s).
- Minimum of 1 -3+ years warehouse experience is required.
- High integrity and dependability.
- The ability to work in a changing environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work extended hours and complete repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work on your own or within a team environment, with good organizational skills. Detail-oriented
