Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify specific business requirements and conduct analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements and constraints
- Provide explanations and interpretations at the manager/director level
- Leverage data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems
- Design, produce, maintain, and automate various reports and processes
- Ensure that project/process requirements are clearly and comprehensively documented, understood, and support traceability
- Develop and document business process flows

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of pharmacy, pharmacy benefit, and/or PBM experience
- 2+ years of experience with documenting and following processes
- Knowledge and experience with RxClaim (AS400)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (has skills to perform VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with Lean process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to communicate in clear, concise manner and with a diverse community
- High attention to detail to identify, evaluate, and resolve quality issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analysis, Health Administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience with process automation and/or coding languages (SAS, SQL, or Excel Macros)
- Exceptional logic, reasoning, creative thinking, and business problem solutioning skills

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment.. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
