Description
Job Summary:
The Manager, Project Management & Implementation oversees the Project Management and Onboarding within Implementation. The Manager will implement specific tasks to facilitate alignment with the State/Local Immunization Registries and the client. This role is directly responsible for supporting training, project management, implementation, and ongoing evaluation through reporting for the implementation team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with internal teams and outside partners such as state registries and clients
- Manage the interdepartmental company resources assigned projects, ensuring true and accurate information is available for departments and clients (OneDrive, Knowledge, Success Center)
- Design and evaluate operational processes, continuously streamlining for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage a team of project managers to make sure implementation task are scheduled and forecasted appropriately
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Client Success, to align project goals and objectives with client needs.
- Work with strategic team members to ensure PrescribeWellness/TRHC is designed to connect, automate, and report accurate immunization records to State/Local Immunization Registries that ensure complete, compliant, and accurate immunization reporting, electronically.
- Responsible for the predictability and consistency of all processes that ensure PrescribeWellness/TRHC delivers accurate reporting through Excel, Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Responsible for performance coaching/appraisals and the selection, development, training, engagement, and retention of team members
- Provides mentoring, cross-training, and development to junior team members to expand expertise
- Supervise staff for development, project direction and production quality and quantity
- Triage, structure, research and solve day-to-day questions from team while teaching them to be more independent.
- Review and refine routing for team to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity.
- Use reports to evaluate productivity and take appropriate action to achieve desired behaviors

Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 8 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting, resolving issues with no clear answers, progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related area
