We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in a fully remote capacity, serving K-12 students in the San Diego area. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Position Overview
As a School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to support student success through evaluation, consultation, and intervention services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide crisis intervention services when needed
- Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification/licensure in School Psychology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and providing remote services
- Experience with digital platforms and assessment tools
