Meet The Team
The Dexcom Compliance Department, also know as the Integrity Team (or I-Team for short), is a close-knit, global team of dedicated compliance professionals. We are trusted business partners who further a culture of integrity that empowers employees to do the right thing, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and Dexcom’s life-saving mission of Empowering People to Take Control of Health. This position will support the compliance program in North America, with a primary focus on Compliance training, Transparency reporting, and Third-Party Risk Management. The responsibilities of this role will put you in a unique position to work in a dynamic growth company, with many cross-functional business partners.
Where You Come In
- You will collaborate with our global team to refine and administer our global Compliance training curriculum. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing training materials specific to the North American business. This may include trainings regarding our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, HCP interactions, Compliance systems and processes, and/or Compliance policies.
- You will lead the annual Transparency reporting process with direction from Compliance leadership, overseeing the systems and processes for tracking and reporting transfers of value to covered Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) in the US. This includes:
- Handling the partnership with our external vendor to ensure all data is submitted accurately and timely.
- Partnering with internal collaborators to obtain data and find opportunities to streamline processes.
- Collecting and tracking payments and other transfers of value to applicable Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) in the US.
- Submitting final compliance and transparency reports as required by State and Federal laws.
- You will be responsible for Third-Party Risk Management in alignment with applicable Anit-Bribery and Anti-Corruption laws as well as Dexcom’s internal policies and procedures.
- You will also have the opportunity to assist in other areas of Dexcom’s compliance program, including the execution of our annual monitoring plan, supporting compliance investigations, and being responsible for interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
What makes you successful:
- You are knowledgeable in healthcare compliance and related healthcare laws (fraud and abuse, Anti-Kickback, transparency, etc.), medical device regulations, and industry codes of conduct.
- You are a self-starter who can complete projects quickly and accurately with minimal oversight.
- You have excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- You are team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You may have a healthcare compliance certification, or you are willing to obtain certification after hire.
- You may have experience with systems used to track payments to HCPs/HCOs, managing transparency reporting, and handling corporate training.
- You have a basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

$71,600.00 - $119,300.00
