Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an Manager-IT Risk for the Governance, Risk and Compliance team within IT Security. The IT Manager-Risk is responsible for: leading the project and production support activities for the analysis, assessment, and management of IT Risk in accordance with Corporate and IT policies, standards, and guidelines, and within approved budgetary resource guidelines; design, oversee the execution of, and mature a best-in-class risk management program to enable the business while applying a reasonable level of protection; manage and develop assigned staff including coaching / mentoring and performance management.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience across risk, audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or comparable specialty
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-functional areas with staff responsibilities including supervising daily team activities, coaching / mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring
