We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Cloud Networking to lead our cloud technology initiatives, with a solid focus on Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) . This role is crucial in driving the strategic direction, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure and services that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable, providing a robust infrastructure to support our customer-facing environments and products

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve our cloud network services strategy, including the development of migration plans, cost optimization strategies, security protocols, and scalability measures across GCP, AWS, and Azure platforms
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for cloud network governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the implementation of solutions across GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Oversee the enforcement of corporate security policies related to cloud network services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cloud services, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency across GCP, AWS, and Azure environments
- Lead the review and analysis of cloud-related budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring effective resource utilization
- Provide architectural guidance for cloud environments, ensuring high reliability and reduced downtime across test and production systems
- Engage with key stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable cloud solutions, and providing regular updates and progress reports to leadership, including and up to CIO level audiences
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in one of GCP, AWS, and Azure (eg, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing GCP, AWS, and Azure cloud services
- 5+ years of experience managing and implementing solutions across multiple cloud platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Deep understanding of SOC2, HIPAA, and PIPEDA certifications, as well as security frameworks like NIST
- Proven solid leadership and communication skills, with a history of successfully driving change in cloud operations
- Proven customer-focused with a high level of motivation and the ability to absorb and retain information quickly
- Proven exceptional problem-solving skills with a mature, professional approach to work

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $147,300 to $282,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
