As the
Senior Product Manager of Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy around data, analytics, and reporting. You will collaborate with customers, senior executives, engineering, and stakeholders to create a compelling product roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives.
Leveraging, LegalVIEW, Wolters Kluwer's world's largest legal operations data set, your top priority will be stewarding data-as-a-product and helping to solve top problems for our customers with integrated analytics. You will work with the team to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements that deliver value to our customers and drive business growth.
As a Senior Technology Product Manager of Data & Analytics, you will engage in more advanced tasks supporting the lifecycle of our technology products. You will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
- Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features.
- Define and document product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage the implementation of minor feature enhancements.
- Coordinate beta testing and gather user feedback.
- Support product launches and post-launch activities.
- Identify and mitigate product-related risks.
- Contribute to strategic product planning and vision.
- Develop a clear understanding of Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions’ data ecosystem – where the data comes from, how it gets processed & stored, and what it’s used for
- Apply advanced analytics & artificial intelligence capabilities to solve pressing customer problems
- Ability to work with virtual and global teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a key member of a Product Management team through the design and product development cycle of enterprise web applications
- 5 years of reporting and analytics
- Experience with large data sets and embedded reporting solutions
- Experience with modern data pipelines and ETL processes for cloud analytics platforms and data warehouse environments.
- Skills:
- Advanced Requirement Analysis: Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs. - In depth knowledge of PowerBI
- In-Depth Market Research: Conduct thorough analyses to drive product strategy.
- Product Road mapping: Ability to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
- Data Analysis: Skilled in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions.
- UX/UI Design: Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience.
- Project Management: Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Technical Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile development practices & teams, Scrum
- Experience in data analytics transformation projects
