The Opportunity
We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. This role may be located in our Lake County, Abbott Park, IL or Willis Tower, Chicago, IL location.

The Senior Financial Analyst role in Corporate FP&A supports our Global Marketing, Global Citizenship and Government Affairs teams as well as consolidating actual financial results and forecasts for the Corporate Staff organization and supporting/managing business projects. The position will partner with business leaders to advise and guide financial performance and achieve business goals.
What You'll Work On
- The Senior Financial Analyst is a financial partner and counsel to Global Marketing, Global Citizenship and Government Affairs teams and is responsible for financial planning and analysis, decision support and project support.
- Key aspects of the role include meeting with business partners to review actual results and gain intelligence for forecasts and other analytics, reviewing actual results and forecasts with Finance management and participating in other key activities and projects to support the business including ad hoc analysis which enables timely and effective business decisions.
- Prepares and presents dashboards and reporting packages for actuals and forecasts.
- Participates in the consolidation of financial results and forecasts for part or all of a Corporate function. Assists manager with ad-hoc analysis and preparation of review materials for presentation to Business and Finance leaders.
- Partners with Finance colleagues on Cash Flow management and analytics.
- Prepares and supports financial evaluation and implementation of capital projects and other business investments.
- Initiates and implements process improvements across departments and work groups. Develops and proposes solutions to business and financial issues.
- Actively promotes a positive team environment. Participates in talent development opportunities including training and mentoring. Prioritizes self-development and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting or finance
- 4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
- Proficient with financial modeling tools including Excel, PowerPoint and other FP&A applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with and support business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
