The Sr. HR Business Partner will support the business function HR strategic plan, as well as HR initiatives and needs based on assigned business units. This role formulates partnerships across the HR COEs to deliver value-added service to the leaders and employees that reflect thebusiness objectives of the organization. Additional this position will support business units through transition and next stages of M&A.
This role is a remote position based in the U.S. and reports to the VP of Global HRBPs.
How you will make an impact:
In partnership with the broader HR team and the assigned Business Unit(s), the Sr. HR Business Partner will proactively:
• Participate in the execution and implementation of strategic HR programs.
• Execute team talent strategy aligned to the company priorities and goals.
• Develop toolkits and resources to enable resource planning, talent, performance, and employee engagement.
• Coach and guide business management as HR programs are operationalized.
• Analyze trends and metrics by putting together detailed reports and utilizing data in partnership with the HR COEs to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies that meet client needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business unit leaders and managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate qualifications:
•8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on implementing and supporting Global HR programs including organizational development, performance management, manager/leadership development, and succession planning.
• Prior experience in HR in a private equity owned company and/or organizations going through significant change strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required;Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with global HR operations, particularly in North America; Europe and India is a plus.
• Ability to provide HR consultation to senior management on strategic initiatives and become a trusted and sought-after HR advisor.
• Demonstrated experience effectively supporting multiple Global business leaders with differing needs and expectations.
• Ability to guide and support leaders and employees through change initiatives in a complex environment undergoing significant transformation.
• Expert ability to apply multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, DEI, performance management, and employment laws.
• Demonstratedproficiency in M365 products, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage many priorities simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment critical.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
