Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join our growing team in Dublin, Ireland. As a rapidly expanding company with offices in the US, India, and Dublin, we are seeking an HR leader to support both local HR organizational growth, and global Talent Acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be the first HR leader in our growing Dublin office and to contribute to a global HR team.
In addition to local HR business partner support, you will manage recruitment across multiple locations, lead a small group of recruiters, and collaborate closely with C-suite executives to build high-performing teams. With a strong focus on Dublin and European HR practices, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in both local and global talent needs, along with exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with leaders across diverse styles. Role & Responsibilities
- As a key member of the newly forming team in our Dublin office, lead growth initiatives and human capital decision making.
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Lead continuous system improvement efforts Azurity’s ATS (Greenhouse)
- Responsible for meeting Azurity’s defined KPI’s, tracking sheet metrics and budget adherence
- Consult on all people related matters in the local market, providing guidance and expertise to enable leaders
- Develop candidates and resources to identify and hire the very best talent in the market
- Consult with leaders as their trusted advisor and business partner providing guidance and recommendations on people-related matters to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Lead or advise on high-impact, cross-functional local and global HR projects and initiatives that align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Build relationships with internal HR centers of excellence and business partners to ensure consistent delivery of HR services, programs, and policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and HR partners on HR-related decisions.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support HR initiatives and ensure successful adoption by employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment laws, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or a similar HR leadership role.
- Depth of experience in multiple HR specialties from employment law to talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of HR programs and best practices, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Change Management expertise including strength in deployment of communication strategies
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, GSHRM or other relevant professional certifications.
