Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Must have strong interest and passion for sales
- Self-motivated to exceed goal and metrics
- Able to handle pressure & problem solve quickly

- Excellent sourcing and head hunting skills
Interview Process:

Description/Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of business by establishing long-term relationships with hospitals and clinics nationwide.
- Partner with medical professionals in the Healthcare field to help them find an opportunity tailored to their needs.
- Conducts intake calls with clients.
- Sells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies.
- Uses pre-determined recruiting methods per client needs.
- Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Manage candidate contracts and be their first point of contact throughout their contract.
- Negotiates contract rates and other particulars of the contract with the client.
- Use various methods to source for new business/partnerships: our CRM system, job postings, referrals, social media, etc.
