What You’ll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):
To be considered for this position in the Customer Success organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below.
Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, by listing relevant academic/professional/personal projects on your resume. Will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year.
- Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2025.
- Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no us assistance) in at least two of the following programming languages:
- Java, Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in at least three of the following:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Algorithms
- Big Data
- Data Structures
- Database
- Machine Learning
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Software Programming
- Web/Mobile Development
- Micro-Services Architecture
- Container Architecture (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- User Interface Design

Responsibilities
The Role
The role with develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function). The org has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations that are supported by a small but impactful ‘in-house’ engineering capability. This role will deliver cutting edge, innovative solutions to our customers which make an immediate impact to our customers.
- Support the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that integrate with SaaS service providers to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and Oracle product teams to develop, test, and optimize scalable solutions for improved system performance and user experience within the SaaS ecosystem.
- Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures.
- Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.
- Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify the production infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.99 - $38.32 per hour; from: $39,500 - $79,700 per year.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
