Job Summary And Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for AdvantageTrust and HealthTrust’s non-acute membership.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and HCA/HealthTrust goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCA leadership, HealthTrust boards and leadership, and industry partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
- Develop and implement AdvantageTrust’s strategic plan.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales
- Manage the P&L for the AdvantageTrust business unit.
- Lead and mentor a team of executives
- Represent HealthTrust and AdvantageTrust at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with HCA and HealthTrust leadership on both strategic initiatives and daily operations.
What Qualifications you will need:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience in non-acute healthcare, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or purchased services.
- Understanding of, and experience with, both internal and provider-based technologies: CRM, ERP, P2P, EHR, Practice Management.
- Full P&L experience, including exceptional financial acumen for the development and communication of investment decisions.
- Proven track record of success in leading and growing a business unit.
- Experience working with large health systems or non-acute focused IDNs and understanding their unique sourcing needs.
