What We’re Looking For
This role will support the Public Affairs and Human Relations team with a variety of projects that support our unique and collaborative organization. Work will be project focused and will also include some administrative support.
We are looking for an innovative and fresh approach to the tasks listed below.
What You Will Do
- Create job descriptions to better reflect the engaging culture and work done at PCCA.
- Revamp the PCCA New Hire Day 1 Orientation slide deck and agenda.
- Revamp the PCCA Ready. Set. WOW. orientation class slide deck and agenda.
- Support other various HR focused projects.
- Securing registrations for the PCCA legislative conference.
- Coordinate program events at the PCCA legislative conference, including planning and executing congressional tours.
- Shadow Director of Government Affairs and provide support for legislative and regulatory policy development.
- Create initial drafts of PCCA Member communications including newsletter articles and regulatory member updates.
- Attend and provide support for the PCCA legislative conference in Washington, DC from May 15-18 - opportunity to attend congressional visits with lawmakers.

- Advanced level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with great decision making and multi-tasking skills

- Ability to provide support and interact with all levels within an organization
- Ability to maintain confidential data and information
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the Internet
