Job Description
Oracle Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst who is eager to learn and contribute to multiple functions within our team. This full-time position will focus on gaining a deep understanding of how our Oracle Health Client purchases, tracks, and validates Information Technology hardware, software, vendor, and contracts and manage these for our Client and Oracle Health.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Learning and supporting Oracle Health’s client hardware validation processes.
- Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine materials purchases.
- Process ordering and purchase requests supporting daily operations to include break/fix and life cycle replacement hardware and software.
- Contract and Vendor management.
- Gaining proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using Oracle tools.
- Engaging in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with guidance in applying company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine needed materials purchases.
- Obtains materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels (i.e., just in time purchases, use of EOQ - economic order quantities).
- Resolves discrepancies. Ensures material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized.
- Develops specifications for new contract orders.
- Gathers quotations, examines bids and makes awards.
- Monitors cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
- Evaluates vendor reliability and develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues.
- Support problem-solving efforts with guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on Oracle Health supply chain processes and tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware validation and support activities.

US: Hiring Range: from $18.27 - $42.93 per hour; from $38,000 - $89,300 per year. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
