About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at LSPedia Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and providing solutions to their needs. Your main goal will be to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and continue to do business with us. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction
- Identify and address client needs, providing solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track and report on client metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure customer and revenue retention
Skills: As a Customer Success Manager, you will use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and addressing client needs. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams, utilizing your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the telecommunications industry and with CRM software is preferred, but not required. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will be able to make a significant impact on the success of our clients and our company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the sterilization and/or supply chain
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Hubspot, SalesForce, Gainsight, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
