Job Summary (Purpose of the Job)
: - Manage and control quality of services such as equipment using, operations, and process of providing.
- Screening patients before serving.
- Operation excellence in Service by practical guide for dialysis before, during and after dialysis such as pressure measurement, injection , wash wound and wound closure.
- Check the availability of dialysis machines before using.
- Dialysis services according to the standard of hemodialysis.
- Check the documentation and record data of the patient before, during and after dialysis.
- Surveillance complications in patients.
- Take care patients and give medicine, nutrient during dialysis according the doctor ordered
- The introduction of basic knowledge needed for the new patients.
- Control and supervise nurses and nurse aids to work effectively
- Coordinate with the patient's doctor to get recommended to take care patients and in emergency case.
- Control stock of medications.
- Make sure a dialysis machine and water systems meet the standards set.
- Check the water system every day according to the list.
- Coordinate with supplier for preventive maintenance for the water system and dialysis machine by periods.
- Need to know the contact person if the water system and dialysis machine have problems.
- Check dialysis machine every day before using.
- Prepare documents of Patients to send their information to the relevant authorities.
- Record information of the patient in system for reimbursement of Social Security Office
- Prepare certificate document of patients who are civil servants.
- Record patient data in AIS, TRT system.
- Improve knowledge and renew renal nurse license.
- Attend training to keep training hours as set.
- Improve knowledge that is beneficial to work more regularly.
