Position Summary
The Supervisor, Cash Management is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the daily treasury operations to meet the financial objectives and obligations of the organization. This Treasury Management would include cash applications, monitoring/requesting borrowings from the bank to meet daily cash needs, reconciliation of bank accounts and statements, and the overseeing and development of additional internal controls. This role is also responsible for monitoring cash reporting and forecasting which includes monthly cash receipts and loan availability projections to ensure the company remains compliant with all lending covenants. Timely and accurate management of monthly Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC), and management of our SOFR and other miscellaneous borrowings. Prepares materials and reports using standard technologies and procedures as required by Finance and Management.
This position directly interfaces cross-functionally with department managers and other employees within the company, bank or other external auditors, other external vendors/service providers, and other financial personnel.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Supervise and provide directions and guidance to cash applications and treasury teams, including timely and accurate creation of cash flow and loan forecasts, and bank and loan reconciliations.
- Data analysis and reporting within corporate financial system.
- Create and/or update operating procedures for treasury/cash function.
- Create cash analytics to present to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate loan facilities (SOFR) with the bank and request renewals, as necessary.
- Manage Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC) monthly reporting.
- Hires, trains and leads a team; motivates subordinates to perform and guides them and the department to success.
- Supervise the preparation of cash flow forecast and assist management in analyzing and forecasting cash flow trends.
- Assist in bank and external audits, and review covenants for loan process.
- Manage and review periodic bank reports and other requirements.
- Monitor liens arising from loans issued by various lending institutions.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Required Knowledge:
- Extensive reporting/ analytics experience
- Strong knowledge in banking and loan administration
- Strong working knowledge of MS office; Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Strong computer skills and experience working with fully integrated accounting system
Preferred Knowledge:
- Familiarity with SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate), cash flow and loan forecasting
Required Experience:
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in treasury and asset-based and cash flow lending
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in healthcare

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
