Job Summary
As a Software Development Engineer III - Cloud Applications, you’ll be a key contributor in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions that enhance the functionality and reliability of BestRx’s pharmacy management software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, secure, and high-performance cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our pharmacy clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual responsible for all traditional development activities like analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation.
- Add new features to existing Windows/Web based applications in Visual Studio 2019.
- Interacting with clients to identify problems and resolve them.
- Involve with tech support team to help them to resolve escalated issues.
- Provide support for critical Windows & Web application problems and issues
- Provide operational support for Windows & Web systems and application platforms
- Transform business and design needs into innovative product.
- Drive all projects to completion within deadlines.
- Perform thorough testing to find issues ahead of time.
- Manage offshore team
- Challenging programming and software design problems
- Promote software design/testing/coding best practices
- Demonstrate great maturity and skill in software design and development practice
- Managing enterprise web applications using RESTful web services in Azure
- Paying attention to software development process practiced by the team
- Utilize the appropriate frameworks to develop reusable software packages and software services
- Create technical documentation: software requirements and technical design specifications
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or related fields
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure & AWS.
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience with windows, web, and database technologies
- Excellent programming and communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience with VB.NET, C#, SQL, JSON, XML, Win Forms, Web APIs.
- Knowledge of Visual studio 2019 and .NET Frameworks 4.x, .Net Core, XAMARIN
- Experience with Health care industries will be advantage
- Self-motivated, flexible, and innovative.
- Professional services experience in .Net development and project implementations who are passionate about delivering high quality software products and services.
