What you will work on
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, with responsibilities including:
- Mastering Industry Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of healthcare and the medication management landscape, challenges, and opportunities.
- Becoming a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our solutions, from features and benefits to what makes us stand out in the market.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and infiltrate target accounts to build a robust sales funnel.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage CRM tools, business intelligence, and sales analytics to maximize your success.
- Collaborative Selling: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless support throughout the sales process and contribute to our overall strategy.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in all required meetings, customer interactions, and industry events to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.
- Exposure to the healthcare, healthcare IT, or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Physical Requirements
- 70-75% remote office
- 25-30% travel per business requirement

- Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $50,000 - $67,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience)
